Well I blew it, BIG TIME! Maxed out at 320 lbs.

I had totally forgotten my last effort at doing this but then it clicked! LOL, I started this blog on my weight loss journey back in 2012 and then when I started it I was 298. I actually had gotten below the 300 mark and had forgotten that.
Then I Blew It All!

Well, this time after I had gotten up to a max weight of 320 lbs., I just had to do something and do it right, for life! The lowest weight I had gotten too back when I started this blog, if I remember right was around 281, then I just blew it!!!!

This time around, and I pray it to be the last, I maxed out at 320 lbs.. I did work on losing some weight back a few months ago and did manage to get down the 305 mark. Of course, I had to blow it again, I slacked off on eating right. That was a shut down of eating right for me for a couple of months, til I came across the "21 Day Fix" eating plan.

I wanted to get my blog updated here and get this right this time, I have got to see this through this time to my goal, without a hitch in my gitty-up, so to speak, LOL!
